People flocks to department stores and buys expensive products that promise "reduced signs of aging." Yet most be disappointed with the products. Why else is their medicine cabinet full these creams and soaps? I ain't a doctor, but I has three easy steps that prevent aging. First, people should be avoiding the sun or use a sunscreen. Everyone know that the sun can cause skin damage. Second, people needs plenty of water. This keeping the skin moist. And third, people should never smoke. Smoking eventually dries the skin and makes it looks like leather. I done all of these steps and am wrinkle-free to this day.
