B) aim to foster self-insight, but they mainly aim to help make people more aware of their current cognitions. 
C) are of the opinion that people with psychological disorders should be kept in asylums, but they do not recommend the use of shock therapy. 
D) encourage strict and tedious mental and physical exercises.
