Denise Is Pursuing a Degree in Hospitality

Denise is pursuing a degree in hospitality. After an internship at a boutique hotel she decides that she is interested in guest management, preferably for a large operation in a major city. In analyzing her strengths and skills, she realizes that she has acquired problem solving and interpersonal skills as well as written and oral communication skills during her internship. Additionally she speaks Spanish and has used social media to effectively promote events for her school's Spanish club. As graduation approaches, Denise comes to know about an entry-level position at a large hotel chain through a friend.
