Anakit was surprised when her professor assigned each student in her human resource management class the task of writing the job description and job specifications of a Group Member in a university class. She had always thought that job descriptions were only used in business organizations. As she considered what she needed to do for this assignment, she thought that it might have been very nice to have a job description of a group member in the last class she was in, where the group dynamics were very dysfunctional and the group project was not their best effort since some group members didn't do their jobs.
