If, during a job interview, someone asks you to describe your weaknesses, you should

A) deny that you have any.
B) choose a weakness that is really a strength (I work so hard that I often come in early to get a jump on the day) .
C) tell a funny story about how a "weakness" became a friendly running joke in the office.
D) identify a real weakness and explain what you have done to overcome or minimize it.
