You cannot well examine feelings until you identify who was involved and complete an assessment. You would need to identify participants prior to ascertaining from them the dimension of the problem and generating any alternatives to those plans. Feelings could range from anger and fear to hopelessness and despair. It is especially important to be prepared for every type of feeling that could be associated with crisis situations.
