In Order to Be Eligible for Unemployment Insurance an Individual

In order to be eligible for unemployment insurance an individual must do all of the following EXCEPT:

A) register with their state's employment service for reemployment assistance or training program information.
B) decline job offers for 26 weeks in order to remain eligible.
C) file a claim with the appropriate state unemployment insurance agency.
D) follow guidelines such as reporting income and job offers in order to remain eligible for benefits.
E) meet their state's eligibility requirements.
