In order to be successful a wellness program must include all of the following EXCEPT:

A) use incentives which encourage people to use the program.
B) remove management staff from being involved so that it is an employee-owned program.
C) have a committee or team which designs and promotes the program.
D) assess what the needs of the employees are to ensure the appropriate programs are offered.
E) have an organizational culture which supports the program and employee's who participate in it.
