A Qualified Individual with a Disability Is a Person

A qualified individual with a disability is a person:

A) with a disability who, with or without reasonable accommodation, can perform the essential functions of a particular job.
B) who is less physically capable than others, or has failing eyesight, that prevents him/her from performing well on the job.
C) with a disability and considerable job experience who should be denied employment owing to the disability.
D) who has a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities.
